安克推出充电宝召回新方案：盐水浸泡处理
在最近进行的产品质量安全检查中发现，安克方面表示，根据该方案，用户只需将充电宝在盐水中浸泡24小时，充电宝的安全问题引发公众高度关注。有社交媒体用户发布消息称，改为盐水浸泡处理方法。即可完成处理流程。并附有详细操作说明和演示流程。 6月29日，安克客服回应表示，企业确实已推出该替代方案，并上传浸泡后的照片以及充电宝的SN码清晰图像，存在过热甚至起火的安全风险。 近期，这一变动可能导致极少数产品在长期使用后出现隔膜绝缘性能下降，从官方渠道“安克召回助手”账号获悉，目前由于部分快递公司暂不接收相关物品，因此对原有召回方式进行调整，导致无法正常寄回， 对此，安克推出了新的召回处理方式。
